Mahalaxmi Roller Flour Mills began its journey in 1996, rooted in the vision of two brothers, Mr Jitender Kumar Mittal and Mr Surender Kumar Mittal. Inspired by their father’s experience in the wheat trade, they saw an opportunity to provide quality wheat products to the growing population of Delhi. What started as a small operation driven by a passion for delivering nutritious food has, over the years, blossomed into a trusted name in the flour milling industry, known for our high-quality products and customer satisfaction.

Initial Stage

Over the time that we have had to deepen our roots in the industry, we have grown exponentially just like the city. We now operate two state of the art plants.

These plants put the word consistency in the dictionary. We make sure that all the products from our Chakki Atta and Maida to our Semolina and Cake Flour, maintain, if not better, the highest levels of quality that we began with in ‘96.
