  1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Gradually combine the wet ingredients with the dry, stirring until just mixed (don’t overmix!).
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, flip, and cook the other side until golden brown.

Tip: Serve with honey, fresh fruits, or nut butter for a wholesome breakfast!
